Gucci is getting more involved with Web3. “The Next 100 Years of Gucci,” a collection of NFT art that honors the brand’s history and looks to the future, will be published through a collaboration between the Italian luxury designer and curated NFT art site SuperRare.
On Vault Art Space, a venue that was a part of the initial collaboration between Gucci and SuperRare, the firm will present “The Next 100 Years of Gucci” line. The artists who will be showcased include Vexx, Tyler Spangler, Aliendope, and Drew Young.
One of three projects the two parties collaborated on was “The Next 100 Years of Gucci.” Gucci has also acquired $RARE tokens worth $25,000 as a proof that the collaboration is fruitful, earning it a seat in the SuperRare DAO. Members of the DAO have the opportunity to vote on planned website and platform updates.
